Our facilitators are substantively objective and use a learner-centered facilitation approach providing an individualize learning experience using real-world scenarios, brainstorming, problem solving, critical thinking and engaging discussions. We promote participants’ creativity and lead them into achieving the learning outcomes. GlobaNet Expression training delivery focuses on the needs, wants, and desires of the learner and how to best facilitate learning that will positively impact the learner.
